Lovely rue Mouffetard. I used to hang out there quite a bit on Sundays... There are some really cute streets nearby too. Do you know la rue du Pot de Fer, Genie? It is tiny, and lined with restaurants. Some of the buildings date back to the Middle Ages... Veronique (French Girl in Seattle)
"I love Paris every moment...every moment of the year...." :) Also in any color, in B&W, in Sepia... Thank you for my fix today, dear friend!! :) Bises, - Irina
It is so much like Cape Town - well coming out to enjoy the sun that is - when the weather is good and the wind isn't howling - it's like bears coming out of hibernation. I love your photographs Genie - so full of atmosphere and life...
Terrific capture, I can feel the sun from Seattle!! I would love some of the real stuff!! Hope your week is going well, Genie!

How very lovely.
ReplyDeleteA great foodie street Genie ... your capture reminds me that its uphill and cobbled ... but worth the walk.

Oh to be able to wander the streets of Paris. How wonderful that would be.

A city more for walking than for cars.
ReplyDeleteLove the b & w! Really catches the brightnes of the sunlight and chillines indicated by the woman's body language.
ReplyDeleteMust be a French girl!
ReplyDeleteLove Parisian street scenes.
ReplyDeleteMmm.. beautiful photo and lovely sunshine. I can feel it on my shoulders just looking at this! :)
ReplyDeleteAre bell-bottoms back in style? Great photo.
