Printemps
Just one day more...
This Christmas window was filled with exotic birds and elaborate fashion.
Although this was not an animated window,
the array of colors and textures gives a feeling of movement.

What color! Just what i needed on a rainy, cold Pacific Northwest evening. It does indeed look animated. :) Merry Christmas to you and yours, Genie.
ReplyDeleteWow, this is fabulous! I want to go to Paris just to look in all the shop windows! :) Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteDo you think this window predicts a revival of of ethnic designs? Shades of 1968! Actually, I've always liked the look especially its appreciation of decorative needlework. On the other hand, this poor girl really needs a hair conditioner treatment. haha. Happy holidays, Genie.

ReplyDeleteWhat a splendid window. Paris really outdoes herself for the holidays. We've been in Europe only once for Christmas, but the memories are still very clear of how attractive the window displays were everywhere we went.
ReplyDeleteWishing you and your family a Merry Christmas and the happiest of new years Genie.

ReplyDeleteMy first thought was the same as ODP's—it's like being transported back to 1968! (You know, when getting dressed every day was just fun.) Hope you have a wonderful Christmas, Genie!
