Hello Genie: This is delightful, made more so by the way in which the handles of the wheelbarrow pick up exactly the colour of the girl's shirt. A charming composition.
She looks to be so deep in concentration I doubt she even notices if the water is warm enough. HA Kids are always so involved in playing that they never seem to notice the things that we do as adults. HA
What a sweet shot.
ReplyDeleteA sweet, delightful shot indeed, Genie! Reminds me of my kids playing in water of the Missouri River years ago! Hope your week is going well!

Enfant je passais des heures à jouer dans et avec l'eau !
ReplyDeleteBelle journée,

ReplyDeleteshe's so absorbed. if it's cold, she doesn't seem to notice.
ReplyDeleteI am not sure why. But, when children are busy having fun they don't seem to notice the cold. Cute shot!

ReplyDeleteIt is for her!
ReplyDeleteHer feet could be the same color as her shirt and she probably wouldn't notice! How nice to have a bucolic spot like this to play.
ReplyDeleteAn adorable photo.
ReplyDeleteOh to be a kid again in the summertime. So carefree and fun! :)
ReplyDeleteWith the heat we have had where I live, the refreshing water seemed just the post for today.
ReplyDeleteIt was an unseasonably warm April day when this was taken, and there were children everywhere in the little stream.

Genie
