  3. Sillicat has heard of Meeps (Virginia's darling cat,) and she has eloped to go and meet her in Birmingham Alabama... Veronique (French Girl in Seattle)

  12. Best name for a cat I ever heard. She looks like the cat we had when I was growing up.

  14. Let's hope there's a happy end!

    This reminds me of Cédric Klapisch's film "Chacun cherche son chat" - a wonderful movie, about a lost cat, Paris, love.

  17. I'm hoping for a happy ending too—though I think Sillicat is probably pretty tough despite that undignified name. :~}

  19. I thought cats were like dogs and never got lost, but after reading a few internet sites, it seems cats often get lost, or disoriented. It usually ends badly.

  20. I hope that Sillicat didn't wander as long as Zut! 2 weeks is way too long and stresses an owner out!

  23. Sillicat is such a fun name and reminds me that Holly had a cat named "Funny."

    I truly hope that Sillicat found his way home. I wish that I had the nerve to call the number and find out. By not knowing for certain, I can still hope that he is safely once again with the family that loves him.

    Thank you for your heartfelt comments on this chat inconnu.
