There's an extra arm, a third cherub, I suppose. ;-)

  9. We've decided to stay in Paris forever! Just kidding - April Fool!

We had a wonderful Sunday with clear skies and a bit cool. We started with madeleines from Blé Sacré and moved to heaps of oysters with Peter joining us at Le Baron Rouge at Marché d'Aligre. We made our way to the dancing at rue Mouffetard, walked to Luxembourg garden, and finished the tour with St. sulpice.

We spent the evening with J and Isabelle, having a great dinner at Hotel du Nord.

W will make our way home tomorrow and I can report that with the wine, the chocolates, the pastries, and the cheese mixed with the museums, the history, the parks, the Seine, and friends.... Paris has captured my husband's heart. I think that he will come back with me again some day....

Oskar had a great time too, loving the weather and the apartment.

  12. Oh Genie what a wonderful time you've had with your husband and BF. I've been savouring the images since you first arrived in Paris. I also still haven't been to my favorite city in the world with my husband, isn't that a little strange. I've been with Aimee, and mon ami Marie, it will be with P the next time (this year I hope. So you arrive home in time for Easter with the family. Easter can be a bad time for me, being a chocoholic, but this year I'm determined to show some strength of will power. Hmm! peut-être! Very much looking forward to seeing more images from your trip.

  14. Bravo, Genie. I love this simple image. It even looks good in black and white, despite my usual preference for color.
