Le Verger d'Aligre

Le Verger d'Aligre is a little shop within the covered market of Marché d'Aligre.
My camera loved the bright colors of nature found here.
The constant line of people attest to its popularity and good produce.

  1. I see so many salads in the making!

    Now, I'm hungry.

    But a delightful picture, Genie.

  4. What's not to love in this photo? The reflection, bright colors and scripted name are all lovely. ButI think my favorite is the young woman who looks like she cannot decide what to buy among all the wondrous selection! Très belle!!

  5. There was a tiny shop on rue Saint-Antoine that was only open a few hours per day, but the lines were amazing.

  8. With salad greens from here and bread from yesterday's boulangerie, all we need now is fromage (and maybe a macaron or two). Miam!

  9. I love the green walls and the yellow/gold script lettering. And I can just about smell the fresh produce. Yep, as Alexa said, with a bit of cheese (and some wine or coffee) we can have a nice fresh lunch!

  11. Nicely composed, Genie. Good, rich colors and good cropping of the window lettering. I like it. Good to see you back.

P.S. Been away from my computer this week so I'm catching up this morning- time is too tight.
