Genie, I too am a turtle lover and really like this. Since I'll be going to Paris in February, can you tell me more or less (or exactly!) in what part of Pere Lachaise this monument is? Perhaps it's near someone famous, so I could find it....

That is one strong turtle! lol I always heard that their shells were strong. Guess it's a case in point.
