Tant de choses a regarder! I am still trying to figure out exactly what the brightly colored glass bead decorations are -- truthfully, I don't really care what they are I still want them because they are just beautiful to look at. My mom would love the gold rimmed glasses with the butterfly and beetle designs. And don't think I didn't notice the macarons. I am afraid they would have the same fate as the chocolate tree :-)What a lovely vitrine!
Oh my. Everything in this picture is beautiful. An intriguing mix. After Christmas, when they dismantle the tree, have them send the macaroons to me, OK?
Oh this is a delight . The birds are wonderful...well everything in this window is exquisite. Now about the pistache tower. MIAM MIAM is right. Hope Peter stops by, they are his favorite! V
PS I'll bet these macarons are not as wonderful as YOURS!
Léia -- Merci, I loved the warm shades of green and yellow...
Bergson -- Mais parce-que ce sont pour toi!
Nina -- Stay warm, mon amie, and Merry Christmas to you.
Malyss -- We should have a macaron party on the blogs... Holly and I will make them!
Marie -- I think that the beads are an elaborate necklace made of antique items, including both glass and gemstones.
Brittany -- I think that we might all forget our manners when it came to that cone of macarons!
Jack -- I think that these macaron trees are almost as expensive as that chocolate tree from La Maison du Chocolat
Virginia -- I wish I could transport macarons to Paris and I would take some to Peter... That really sounds funny: taking macarons TO Paris - hah!
JM -- Merci, mon ami
Alexa -- I do think that the designers for the windows are quite talented and work with fine materials...
Amanda -- Oh, we have a variety of flavors and picked up a few more while we were in Paris.. miam-miam... same to you, Amanda... hope all of your family can be together "back in the nest" for a short time
Starman -- Yes, this one has class for sure... not as crazy about the ones at Bon Marché this year
Chieftess -- Yes, the color and the sparkle got to me right away... such a nice combination
I totally want to be invited to THIS Christmas dinner! Wonder how they get the macarons to stay on the tree? Not that they would last that long at my house...Brooks LOVES pistache macarons! Avec nutella buttercream, bien sure!
What a dream in this combination, parrots, crystals and delicious macarons!
