Bon homme de neige

The Jardin des Tuileries had many surprises on our recent visit with several snowmen and other icy creations. However, this fellow, short in stature, seemed to have the most artistry and character. As I snapped this photo other paparazzi moved in quickly.

  7. There is something decidedly Toulouse-Lautrec-y about him. So glad I "met" you this year, Genie. Hope that we get to meet face-a-face in 2011! Thanks for all your wonderful pix of Paris --

  8. He looks like a solid block of ice, his cute little face frozen in time in the lens of your camera. A dirty little vagabond, happy that it's cold.

Stay warm, Genie. From the looks of him, it's pretty cold in Paris!

  14. He's such a typical city snowman, all dotted with gravel because the snow was so thin. A very likeable character nevertheless. I'm sure the kids had a ball (pun intended) making it :-)
